Understanding that you’re not alone
Everyone faces periods when the challenges of life feel overwhelming. Loss, relationship conflicts, employment struggles and life transitions in large doses test everyone’s well-being. Sometimes these challenges are complicated by issues from earlier times or unhealthy patterns that sabotage relationships.
I see difficult periods and unproductive patterns as opportunities to understand oneself and return to a deeper and more satisfying connection to life.
As counselor, I act as a guide and fellow traveler. I recognize that everyone's situation is unique. I listen intently and ask questions to help understand your experience. We work together so you can understand and accept your experience. We get to know what motivates you and how you can reconnect with the soothing, calming power of your inner knowing. Healthy perspectives and personal solutions arise naturally.
